There will be more vegetarians if more people know what eating less meat and more vegetables can do for them. Of course, there are already millions of people who know but many lack the perseverance to become one, which is not surprising at all since it entails shedding something that comes naturally and has grown into. It is a big life change that needs commitment. But once well on the way to becoming a vegetarian, the obvious benefits will be a great motivation to go forward.
