As soon as the dieter goes back to their normal eating habits, which they will because a body can not be sustained on only grapefruit juices or strictly on citrus fruits, the dieter’s body will be replenished with the regular amount of fluids causing the number on the scale to increase again. Instead of banking on unrealistic diets and eating habits, cut your citrus fruits in half, and add it to your daily caloric intake to see and feel the best results.
