The Pros and Cons of Juicing

It is commonly believed that when on a strictly “Vegan” diet, the juicing is the best way to get the most from your fruits and vegetables. This is just true in fraction. Certainly, pureeing fruits and vegetables extracts all the available nutritious elements. It is also a much easier way to ingest the large quantities of foods necessary to achieve your dietary goals. And it is also a ‘fun’ way to add variety to what can otherwise become a dull, same-old-same-old meal selection.
