The French Paradox – How Those French Eat All That Fatty Food and Still Stay Healthy

Perhaps one question that has lingered in the minds of many is how the French can eat so many of those rich pastries and incredible cuisines and still remain healthy. One standpoint to this is that the French, like many of the European countries, are not consumed with the need to add heavy preservatives to the food. Things like MSG have not gained the appeal as they have in the United States.
