The Foods In My Kitchen

Like many people, I have a favorite place in my home .  A lot of people would say that the bedroom is their favorite room in the house .  Other’s would tell you it’s the bathroom.  Niether of those are true in my case .  I would tell you that my favorite place in the home is the kitchen.  It is the place where I spend most of my spare time and where I am the most relaxed.  A lot of hard work went to tranforming my kitchen to be the perfect kitchen for me and I completely love it!  Now I’m not saying I’m a great cook by any means just because I love my kitchen, because that is far from the truth.  I wish it was true though.

The thing I really enjoy about the kitchen is that it is so practical and useful.  There are so many tools that you can get now to make your cooking experience much easier on you.  I also enjoy food, like every person in the world.  I love trying new foods and discovering foods that I really love to add to my daily food intake.  I have a few favorite items I like to use when I cook, like agave dressing and dry soup mix.  I also love to make buckwheat pancakes in the mornings with this with a nice cup of tea.  By the way, I have the greatest glass tea pot ever !

There are a few kitchen essentials that I believe every kitchen should have.  Some of them are certain foods, and some of them are certain utensils.  When it comes to foods, you should always have herbs and spices to add to whatever you are cooking.  You have no idea what greatness these can add to the flavor of your meal.  Also, you should always keep either raw or frozen chicken around because it is a fantastic meat that goes with any meal.  When it comes to utensils, I think that an high grade knife set makes cooking a lot easier.  Just make sure you get the kind of knife set that has the steel running all the way through the handle.  The other utensil I recommend is a good set of mixing bowls.  They have multiple uses and are a nice aid in the kitchen.  You’ve gotta love the kitchen!
