Pumpkins are a beautiful vegetable, not only in looks, but in the diversity of ways pumpkins can be used in cooking. When most people first think of pumpkins, an image of a jack-o-lantern or pumpkin pie might come to mind. However, these are only the cliché ways of using this interesting vegetable.
