Looking to Eat Healthy? Try Florida Citrus

This is the time of year when everyone vows to start eating healthy and to get back in shape.  Florida citrus fruit can help you get back to a healthy diet and can help you get rid of some of those holiday pounds. Cut your portions in half – One reason that it is difficult for people to lose weight is that portion sizes are too large. Most people do not realize how much they eat at every meal. Cut out refined sugar – Refined sugar can’t be processed by the body, and is usually stored as fat. Whenever possible, cook your meals from scratch and use Florida citrus fruit juice to replace sugar in your cooking whenver you can.
