Kosher Culinary

Kosher culinary cooking is a unique way of food preparation and serving that has been passed down throughout the centuries by people of the Jewish race. Certain rules on how to keep kosher are found in the guidelines that were first learned by the Jewish people after their exodus from Egypt, back in the time of Moses. Observant Jews still follow these food preparation guidelines today. For a food to be considered authentically kosher, a rabbi will have inspected it and given his stamp of approval. All meats are slaughtered in a way that the blood is drained, rather than being strangled.
