Healthy Recipes That Moms And Dads Have To Find Out!

As a work from home Daddy, I’m regularly searching for basic and  healthy kids recipes  .I’m in continuous search for simple but  healthy kids recipes  because I’m a very busy working daddy. I, exactly like most folks I’m sure, really want those high quality  healthy recipes for kids   that are quick to put together for there isn’t always plenty of time to prepare a proper meal.

All mothers and fathers know that youngsters have an affinity for junk food and more often than not it’s very difficult to get them to eat foods that are nutritious. Smoothies are a terrific and really easy way to make kids eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. A lot of these healthy recipes are perfect for little ones and they are fast and simple to prepare, many times kids can even fix these healthy recipes on their own (of course parental guidance may be in order). So here are great tips to help you develop healthy eating habits for your kids. Experiment with these recipes, make them your own, and don’t hesitate to put in a few vegetables to make these even much healthier recipes for your kids.

Quick Healthy Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

 Ingredients:
8-10 Fresh or frozen strawberries (stems and leaves removed)
 ½ cup almond or rice milk 1 cup yogurt (ideally nonfat or lowfat and flavored)
1-2 cups crushed ice
Feel free to stick in a little bit of green leaf veggies
 Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
