We’ve been taught not to drink or smoke, but how many of us have been taught not to overeat? We have heard all our lives, “Clean up your plate. The poor people in China would like to have this food.” As a result, America has lost sight of portion control and become too fat. This article shows that many Christians are hypocrites when it comes to overeating.
