The Cornish Pasty has been re-invented over the ages and the Cornish Bakeries are getting bent out of shape as time goes on! The size, shape, content and manufacturing process has been adapted from region to region but the name has remained…Cornish Pasty. An application has been submitted to Europe to protect the origins of the Cornish Pasty, it’s shape, it’s size and more importantly where it is made.
