My uncle lived on a farm. Unlike most people, instead of faucets he had a water pump in the kitchen. All his drinking and cooking water came out of that old pump. The pump got its water supply from the ground. Often, it would look orange because there was iron in it. We can’t see as clearly that there is something besides pure water coming out of the faucets of our homes as my uncle could but we know that there are chemicals in tap water that we drink.
