As a Chef that has been in the field for over 11 years I understand the importance of having the right food and the right menu at an important event. The best way to get a good deal plus get a good menu is to hire a caterer. These caterers offer all sorts of special menus, for whatever you special event is for, and in most all cases the Head Caterer is a Chef of some sort.
