Jamaica’s population is relatively small. The island has however made contributions to literature, culture, music and cuisine, quite out of proportion to its size. Most people are for example are aware of the rastafarian movement, reggae and ska movement, and many non-Jamaican nowadays enjoy Jamaican food.

Everyone loves candy. There is just something about all those wonderful sugary confections that makes people smile. The more candy that is around the happier people seem to be. Especially if you are a child, no matter what age you are. Whether it is jelly beans, chocolates, or licorice sticks candy is the perfect treat. Every time you are at the grocery or convenience store it is inevitable someone is going to pick up a candy bar or pack of gum. The candy industry is a multi-billion dollar a year industry and this is one of the reasons why. If you could buy wholesale candy you would not be so tempted each time you are at the store. You would have your own supply at home.

I think if you were to ask around, you would find that many people have favorite restaurants, and favorite dishes that they like eating in those restaurants. There is a reason for that – when there is a particular food that you enjoy eating, you enjoy even more if it is prepared in just the way that you like most.
