When it comes to Italy, most people will immediately think of pizza and pasta when it comes to national food dishes. These items have traditionally been the Italian specialties food, but over time they are no longer as specialized as they once were. Go around the world and you will find huge numbers of non-Italians making pizza and pasta dishes. The majority of people will have heard of the popular dishes like lasagna, tortellini, ravioli and many others, and yet these are no longer considered to be true Italian specialties food.

With the environment and global warming becoming an increasingly prevalent issue more and more people are considering the effect all this pollution has on their family and home. In no one aspect is there more of an adverse affect than the water that flows into our home each day. Perhaps one question that has lingered in the minds of many is how the French can eat so many of those rich pastries and incredible cuisines and still remain healthy. One standpoint to this is that the French, like many of the European countries, are not consumed with the need to add heavy preservatives to the food. Things like MSG have not gained the appeal as they have in the United States.
