Andrea Nguyen is a well-known authority when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine. She is currently based in Northern California and has authored several recipe books, one of which is the well known “Into the Vietnamese Kitchen,” her debut cookbook. Her beef pho recipe is one that got the attention of many people, and received praises from fans who tried it out.

Many people know of Jamaica because of the music (including of course Bob Marley’s) that has come from that island nation. However, many non-Jamaicans are not aware of the wonderful and interesting cuisine that also comes from the country. This is a great pity as Jamaican food offers a variety of interesting recipes – especially if you enjoy eating spicy dishes.
