As I have stated before, most of us never really know that we are walking along a food contamination knife edge. I cannot allow you to see my written report due to client confidentiality but I can let you read my verbal notes which I recorded on my pocket recorder at the time of the inspection.

If you ever come to Kuching, Sarawak, you must also try Orh Chien, the famous Sarawak Oyster Pancake. Some people may call it Oyster omelette in Singapore, Penang, Kuala Lumpur or other parts of West Malaysia but in Sarawak, because the method of preparation is different, we prefer to call it Oyster Pancake because it is crispy, large and tasty.
