There’s more to a “Dummies” cookbook than recipes, and in this book, there are terrific, common sense tips to information on how to get the most benefit from living right in this fast-paced world. The author obviously knows her chops, so to speak. She has done her research and provides information that I have not found readily available about low and healthy carb.

With all these ads about fast foods and the growing health problems facing people regarding eating these, the humble sandwich is something that should be relooked at as it provides a healthy and tasty way to eat for both kids and adults. When it comes to food, the sandwich is king! Sandwiches can be made into something really tasty and interesting and come in all sorts of different types, shapes and tastes which can be easily made at home.

There has always been an ongoing debate of charcoal versus gas when cooking outdoors, whether it be with a smoker or grill. I like the ease of adjustment gas offers. I find it much easier to get and keep the ideal temperature whether I’m using a gas smoker or any of the gas grills.
