Wild Alaska Pollock is said to be one of the most plentiful and abundant fish resources in the seas today. Pollock is used in everything from that seafood ersatz called surimi, to fish filets and fish and chips. Those fish sticks you buy for the kids-those too are probably made from good, old, trusty Pollock. It’s time to get away from these somewhat stale uses of the fish and to enjoy wild Alaska Pollock without having to resort to the deep fryer.
