Smoothies are becoming more popular as the are a pure ingredient fruit juice that contains your 5-a-day daily fruit and vegetable allowance. These fruit and vegetable juices can be mixed together to produce a pure juice drink, or they can be mixed with Soy Milk, Water or fat free Frozen Yogurt. Various different smoothies contain different ingredients that may help your body in some way.
