There are some exaggerations about goat milk floating around in the literature of natural health. As someone who has raised both goats and cows, I can tell you goats in fact get diseases and goat’s milk is not a perfect food. It’s a very good food, however, and for some people it is superior to cow’s milk. Here’s why.
