We’re always being told that natural is best and it would seem that milk from cows is, well, natural. So, what about the butter made from that milk? Shopping shelves are filled with substitutes to butter – such as margarine.

To some people a meal isn’t a meal without some sort of meat included. That reasoning isn’t right or wrong, it just is what it is. It seems that the more affluent the society the more meat they want on their table. There is a great deal of history to that perspective.
