Now for many of us that doesn’t equate with what we have been told of the health benefits of this most fantastic tasting oil. Well there is no need to despair if you are regularly adding Olive Oil to your salads etc. or using instead of inferior oils for cooking.

Olive Oil has become a normal household condiment for many of us. We use Olive Oil for cooking and many of us use Extra Virgin Olive Oil to add some glamour to our salads.

Olive Oil is an amazing fruit juice. Yes technically it is a fruit juice as the olives themselves are classed as fruits. The health benefits of Olive Oil are now well documented. Because it is so high in monounsaturated fats it can be of real benefit to aid in lowering your cholesterol levels. It plays a part in keeping your heart, intestines, joints and even your skin healthy.

Children are exposed to toxins in the air and in food on a daily basis. Unfortunately there is little we can do to prevent them from being exposed to many of these toxins. The only way to detoxify is by drinking water but if the water is contaminated as well, our children are left with no way for their bodies to flush out these toxins.

Another reason why a tap water filter is a better choice than a purifier is because it removes more contaminants than any other method. Reverse osmosis cannot efficiently remove synthetic chemicals like pesticides and herbicides so it must be used in conjunction with a carbon filter.
